Rialto Institute of Progress

The Rialto Institute of Progress is an 8-week program being held from March 12 to April 30, 2015 giving our residents and business owners the opportunity to learn more about our city government and the services that we deliver to our community. This program is intended to provide participants with a clearer understanding on how Rialtos' local government works as well as ways to promote open lines of communication between citizens, business owners and city hall.more

Attendees will have an increased understanding of Rialto's organizational structure of the operations of our City Departments and how they impact the quality of life in the City of Rialto, including hands-on experiences. Sessions will be held in the Rialto City Council Chambers (150 S.
